Did you know...in 1779, more than 500 recruits from Saint-Domingue (the French colony which later became Haiti), under the overall command of French nobleman Charles Hector, Comte d'Estaing, fought alongside American colonial troops against the British Army during the SIEGE OF SAVANNAH.According to historians, this was one of the most significant, foreign contributions to the American Revolutionary War.
It's never too late to re-pay a debt of thanks! Haitian descendants need your help...
My team and I just returned from our most recent mission trip to Haiti (my 40th trip since the earthquake of 2010). During this trip, we came across an orphanage wherein the children (41 of them) had been abandoned and forced to take care of themselves. We found them sick, hungry, malnourished and - alarmingly - eating cardboard to survive. Every member of our team cried at the sight of what we found and spent the rest of the day caring for these children including making trips to a local market to buy food and water. Additionally, the medical doctors who are part of our missionary group examined the children and administered medication as appropriate.

We have helped these children for now, but THE CHILDREN DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP. The cost for our team to provide ongoing support to these children is just $1 per day. So, for $30 per month, we can provide food, housing, clothing, medical attention and schooling. PLEASE MAKE A DONATION TODAY OF $30 TO $360 OR MORE TO SUPPORT A CHILD FOR 1 to 12 MONTHS.
MAM is a 501C3 organization as registered with the IRS and is listed as a charity on www.Guidestar.org.
100% of donations go directly toward buying food and other supplies to support these children. MAM is a volunteer led and run organization. Donations should be tax deductible.
